THE GYM MAPLEWOOD is a year-round training facility located on Springfield Avenue, serving Maplewood and South Orange, New Jersey. Our 3,400 sq. ft. bright and open space is an ideal place for parents and kids to be active together. Baseball and softball are at the center of what we do — clinics, private instruction, and our competitive Gym Rats travel team all train on our indoor turf.

We also provide Personal Training, Functional Sports Therapy, and Conditioning Training for individuals and teams, alongside an exciting recreational and competitive environment for all skill levels. Parents can use our gym equipment while their young athletes train.

We run skill-based baseball and softball clinics for every level, coach Gym Rats — our competitive 12U travel team in the USABL — and offer private and group instruction for players looking to sharpen a specific part of their game.

Our goal is to provide quality sports instruction in a clean, fun, and safe environment, focused on supporting the local community and giving families a real home for youth baseball and softball.
